I solved the problem of why my picture did not upload. Painter 7 saves jpegs as .JPG with jpg being in all caps. I renamed the file and put the capital .JPG in lowercase letters".jpg"This was the same pic as below but this time I added more to the picture in painter7

I do this kind of stuff from time to time to practice and find out new stuff that I am able to do.
Since it is Friday and all I have is time to do some sketches yay!!!!! Lol.
I did not really have the time due to typing papers.
